Thankfully, we had a great opportunity to visit eel farm in Miyazaki prefecture.
Eel are farmed with great care, love and attention.
We could totally understand why Japanese eel have high quality and it’s worth more than the price.
If you have not tasted the Japanese eel, you would be surprised how tasty it is!
FYI, we handle with canned eel (stored in ambient temperature) and frozen eel Kabayaki!
