The Yellowtail, also known as Japanese Amberjack, is indigenous to Japan where it is highly popular. Rich in vitamins, and containing plenty of DHA, EPA, and collagen, Yellowtail is both healthy and delicious.

Our sustainable EELs are farmed in the rich groundwater and mild climate of Miyazaki and Kagoshima, Kyushu, Japan.
Conditions in our land-based aquaculture ponds are extremely similar to the nature environment. We are proud of the taste of our Kuruma Shrimp that are grown with the premium diet (main ingredient : squid meal) which never be able to be produced naturally. Also we don’t use any chemical treatments.

Our Caviar was chosen for “in-flight meal first class” on international flight, and moreover luxurious cruise train which is called “Nanatsu boshi” meaning 7 Stars.
